It looks like I'll be going to that conference in Vienna after all.

We were watching Ghostbusters on TV this weekend on TNT, when I saw one of the most atrocious TV edits ever committed. It wasn't a "Yippie ki-yay, Mister Falcon" situation, either - it looked like they had actually recorded this nonsensical tripe for use in TV broadcasts of the movie.

As we all know, the best line from Ghostbusters is:

Ray: Everything was fine until the power grid was shut off by dickless over here.

Mayor: Is this true?

Peter: Yes it's true, this man has no dick.

This is what we saw:

Ray: Everything was fine until the power grid was shut off by Wally Wick over here.

Mayor: Is this true?

Peter: It's true, he's some kind of rodent, we're not sure which.
