Argh!

I just double-checked the date of this concert I wanted to go to in December and found out I was off by a couple of days.

It's actually on the 8th.

I got an e-mail yesterday from my boss; I'm going to have to be in Detroit on the 8th, it would appear.

December doesn't seem to be a good month for concerts and me. Although I don't seem to have written about it then, similar events caused me to miss two simultaneous concerts last December. (Strangely enough, the band I was supposed to see this year was the opening band at one of those concerts.)

I guess Alektra and I will have to find some other excuse to hang out. Like, I dunno, we could listen to some CDs, and sew Metallica patches on our bookbags, or something.
