Yesterday, I found out that I had been inducted into the "hall of fame" for the improv troupe I was in during college.

As tinselet pointed out vis-a-vis her own induction into same, it's odd that almost none of the current members doing the inducting were even around when I was really passionate about the troupe. There's something to be said for legacy.

More importantly, as a result of this I got a song stuck in my head today, the baseball song where the chorus features the nicknames of three famous baseball players. Unfortunately, I can only remember the words to the version of it they used for Orioles commercials in the early 90s, and the version that was played over the ending credits of a Simpsons episode. I can't for the life of me remember the original words, nor do I have any idea what the song is called.

Any help? I'm thinking you might know.
