I don't know how I forgot to mention this on Monday.

I was in my speech recognition class, and the professor, a nice, heavily accented German woman, was going over the schedule for the next couple of lectures, some of which were being taught by the course's other professor.

"Next Monday," she said, "Dr. W will be talking about Dynamic Time Warping."

That's pretty freaking cool, I though.

Even better. She continued, "It doesn't really fit in with what we've done so far, but he really wanted to do the Dynamic Time Warp."

A short pause, then about half the class starts laughing.

The professor, presumably having never seen Rocky Horror, smiles uneasily. "Well, I guess that was funny, so don't tell him I said that."
