Gus's Crunchy Southwest Chicken Fiesta - 2 chicken breasts
- 1 huge jar of salsa left in fridge by roommate
- 1 handful grated cheese
- 1 dollop sour cream
- 1 serving roommate's girlfriend's leftover refried beans
- 1/4 cup rice
- 5 Tostito's brand tortilla chips
Boil chicken breasts until they look done. Drain water and add enough salsa to cover chicken; sprinkle cheese and heat on low. Microwave leftover beans. Fail to cook rice because there's not enough there. Remove chicken from heat and pour excess salsa on beans. Add sour cream. Crumble tortilla chips on top. Serve with margarita.
